A Little Bit Of This And That

 Hi Everyone 😀

Hope you're all well!

I thought I would share some pictures of the backyard.

Lots of Lily of the valley this year.

Black tulips are blossoming.
I always keep my "weeds". If mother nature wants to give me free flowers, I keep them.

I love what CJ wrote about dandelions.
The only flower that represents the Sun, the Moon, and the Stars.

Love birds.

Everything is growing!

Mom finished her next puzzle. It's called 299 cats and a dog. Can you spot the dog? LOL! And, yes, the pink sandals in the background are mine 😄

Mother's Day flowers.
I've started a new painting!

And.....

I got my first shot, this past Friday. The nurse was great! I didn't even feel the needle go in. I only had a soar arm, nothing else.
Take care!
Big Hugs 💗

  7. Your yard is looking beautiful Stacy! I love that you keep the dandelions. We cherish our weeds too since we see bees enjoying them. That puzzle looks tricky, but fun! Congratulations on receiving your first shot. It is a great feeling being vaccinated. We are even able to enter some stores now without masks...like the old days!

  15. Your yard looks great! I tried to keep the weeds for awhile but here we have to keep everything fairly clean off the forest floor because of fire danger - we have deadlines in June to have it all cleaned up. Pine needles are such a problem here. That cat puzzle wow, looks involved. Hope all is well and you are enjoying creating!

  16. Looking for the cats made me dizzy, never mind trying to find the dog. An interesting puzzle. Now here is an idea for your Mom - send a high res image of one of your paintings to one of those online outfits that will convert images into jigsaw puzzles.

  25. I have been a little bit absent. Dont know why, so I missed a couple of your posts. But I went back and looked, read. Girl, I just have to say again, you must...must...find a gallery to place your paintings. They are getting more and more colorful and awesome. I love, love!!

  26. Yay, both for getting your first shot done and no side effects. LOL, I felt like I was young again after my second shot - specifically me, at college age the morning after I pulled an all-nighter. But it wasn't anything naps and good tea couldn't help. I'm so happy that you are one step closer to being fully vaccinated.

I have black tulips too. I love they way they look next to the cherry blossom tree in full bloom.

I love your art and this is a beautiful post and your photos are great! I have crows visit often when I fill the bird feeders. They are as welcome as any. I have always enjoyed them, a funny and intelligent bird. Have a great week and I will enjoy visiting you.
