*My Crows* *My Art* *My Way*

Friday, February 1, 2019

Hi Everyone 😃
Hope you're all doing well!
Happy February!

The illustrations are going amazing! I've finished 3 so far! 1 more to go. They're all drawn with pencil. After I have the ok on all 4, then I will go back and ink them.

I'm excited to share this with you. As soon as the project is finished and I get the ok, I will be!

I've been pulled out of my comfort zone and it has been a really good experience.

I know a few years ago, I stopped creating my crows. I think it was for 2-3 months? But, I didn't feel right, because I abandoned my crows completely. So, it was like abandoning a piece of myself.

Now I'm thinking, if I feel like creating a piece of art without a crow, that's ok. Doesn't mean, I have to give up creating crows.

So, who knows what you'll be seeing from me in the future! I have to admit, it's an exciting feeling. I hope you'll stay along for the ride!

I saw this cute video! Please watch it. It's not too long. I know you will be smiling! Big Hugs 😃

  5. It gives you the opportunity to stretch and grow. You're also doing it for someone else, so you're still doing your crows.

  9. All artists have to get out of their comfort zones once in a while. Sometimes it shows them whatelse they can do in life. It's like a door way to another realm.

  12. Love your attitude. It's definitely very healthy to move outside your comfort zone, as an artist. It may even lead to new, unexpected inspiration for your crows! And that's exciting about all the progress you've made so far with this project. Looking forward to seeing the end results!

  14. When we start giving up essential pieces of ourselves, for whatever reason, we lose more than anyone (especially us) can ever imagine.

  20. I enjoyed the video. I wonder if the crow will give this as a gift to someone else who feeds it. I hear they do that. You are so talented that with your imagination any type of painting will be great. Thanks so much for coming to my blog when I was unable to visit blogs; I am trying to start again.

Answering your question: Beta Readers read the manuscript before its published and offer suggestions; what they like, what they don't.
