I got my business card and stickers!
I went with the company "Moo" for my business. I have always heard good things about them. Unfortunately, being in Canada, I do get a duty charge, but I still think it was worth it.
For my business card, I went with the "recycled cotton" option. These cards are made out of recycled cotton t-shirts. I really love the way they turned out and I love the texture of them. I wanted my cards to be simple and to the point, but show a lot of my art. "Adult crows, baby crows, heart, and one of my Goddess."

Now for the stickers. Again, I really loved the way they turned out! I picked the bigger size, because I couldn't get my art to fit properly on the smaller sizes. These ones are 3.30" x 2.17". Like I told you before, it took me 3 days to get these things to work out right! I went through many images of my paintings. I really wanted to show a variety of paintings.
These are my baby crow ones.
"Adult Crows"
If I was going to sell them on Etsy, I was going to group them in 5's. 5 adult crows and 5 baby crows. I was talking to another artist friend, and she said, she would like to pick which ones she would like. I can totally understand that, personally, I was trying to make it easier on myself! LOL! I would really like to know what you think?

SOOOOOO COOL!!! I love your business card. I've never though of putting anything on the back of one. So cool! The stickers are awesome too. I need to save up my money to get them all.

ReplyDeleteI love your business cards. Mine are from Vistaprint and include the cover of my gardening book. Yours are extra special with your art included. I am eager for your stickers to go on sale, whichever format you choose. I would probably buy both sets if you grouped adults in one and baby crows in another. :)

ReplyDeleteI think I would like to choose the images of the stickers myself as well even though that would make it tough for me. But I love the idea that you might want to sell them.

ReplyDeleteI love the baby crows and think they would look amazing decorating presents or envelopes. The business cards are wonderful too. I would prefer to choose individual stickers but I can see that might make it difficult.

ReplyDeleteStacy these look AWESOME! Moo is the best! I love the stickers and I agree with your friend. I offer sets of cards in my art shoppe but I let people choose which images they want. It's not much trouble once you have it set up and you could offer the adult set, the baby set AND a "pick your own" set. You may sell more of one or the other over time but I find that the more options you offer the more people will find them accessible. :) YAY! Big Crow HUGS for getting this done!!!

I have to say that I agree with your friend that it is always nice to have the option to choose what stickers one want. But hey, that is just me... ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I'm so excited I love your business card and stickers. My thoughts are that I'd go with whatever is easier. It sounds like it would be too complicated elsewise. Besides, they're all wonderful:)
ReplyDeleteI went over to the Moo site, wow, lot's of fun stuff. Your art would look great on their 5x7 post cards too!!! I love how they have that 50 pack of business cards where you can use a different picture on every card, wow!!!! Hugs!!!
