Hi Everyone ;o)
I want to thank you all for the well wishes with my knee/leg ;o) It looks like it might take a good 6 weeks for it to be healed up properly. I find sleeping is the worst time, and trying to bend it going up and downstairs. But, walking around, (not bending it much), is the best time because it keeps the circulation going. It will pass ;o) I am keeping positive ;o)
I did finish some art ;o) (click on pics to make them bigger)
The first 3 are some new aceo's, (2.5" x 3.5") All witches ;o)
It's called, "Latching Onto You". I love the song and was inspired by it ;o) After the pictures, I have included the lyrics to the song, (video), if you would like to see it ;o)
Glad your knee is getting better. :)ReplyDelete
The look in your crows' eyes is amazing!! :°

Yay! for feeling better. I love the "Sisters" and all their bling. And "Latching On to You" is quite striking, too.ReplyDelete
I'm still feeling crappy from my pulled muscle and now conjunctivitis and a summer cold. I suspect all the illnesses got together to bother at one time and then leave me alone. Yes, that's what going on. ;-D
So glad to hear you are feeling better.ReplyDelete

Just beautiful as always, Stacy! The ACEOs are filled with color and the painting is so full of energy. I had not heard that song before, but I can see (or is that, hear?) how it inspires you. Have a good weekend!ReplyDelete
Hi Stacy, I hope your knee is back to normal quickly! Positive thoughts make a world of difference in healing. :) Your paintings are beautiful. I love the colors in Sisters. Latching Onto You is so wonderful and sweet! That Sam Smith song is fantastic. My favorite from him is Stay With Me! Have a great weekend!ReplyDelete
Loving the new artwork, Stacy. Get well soon, sending you all my love xxReplyDelete
Your new paintings are wonderful!ReplyDelete
I'm sending positive thoughts your way for your knee. Have you ever tried magnetic hematite? I use a triple power bracelet on my right hand which helps to ease the pain of my nerve damage (and enables me to paint). I'm thinking about an ankle bracelet for the lymphedema in my left leg also. Worth a try :)
Special Delivery is so adorable and so are the others oh my gosh what a lovely post now pray for me that I can hear what you've put, 'cause it hasn't lately, stay offf the leg until it's heal I'm going to seach my reiki stone for the best one for healing legs and will put it on one of your beautiful crow gift to help the healing along.....you're such a sweety, love 'yaReplyDelete

PS I did some research and was told that if you're using Internet Explorer it won't allow peeps to comment on square space (my current blog). You might want to try Firefox or Google Chrome. In the meantime, I'm considering moving back to blogger due to other issues. Until then.....oomwah!
Stilll in my thoughts and prayers fyi new blog: http://forevermyphotosl.blogspot.ca/ReplyDelete

Just got back from a pretty grueling vacation/trip to help my son drive back home over 1,000 miles before he gets transferred to Germany :-( Anyway hope your leg gets better soon! Love the new art.ReplyDelete
Ohhh The Caster is my favorite here. Very nice. Thank you for sending the prayers. The eye thing is so strange and a bit scary. Pray I can get into the MRI. Yes I was blessed by the Elder of my tribe to be a drum and pipe maker. If we lived closer I would teach you how.ReplyDelete
