This is a 9 x 12 acrylic painting I just completed ;o)
Hope everyone is well ;o) This is a different tree. I forget what it's called, but when the flowers go, it has small berries and the birds, especially the robins, go crazy over it! Some of you asked about my other tree, it is a Magnolia tree ;o)
Big Hugs ;o)

ReplyDeleteFabulous crow goddess!! And those flowers are beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your always kind comments, Stacy! Working all day (and double shift on Mondays) has forced me to schedule my time at home. I had a couple of custom orders that have filled my "art time", but now I should be able to get organized and reopen my Etsy Shop. :)
Hugs, simo
9 x 12! That's a biggie! ...and a beauty!
ReplyDeleteLots going on in this painting, what is she going to do with the light in her hand? ♥
ReplyDeleteAwesome painting! Love how your crows have this energy about them that makes them even more special. :)
ReplyDeleteI suppose that we call this tree in Russian "ranetki" - those look like small apples, and grow like cherries in pairs.Yes, birds are crazy for them! I myself used to like to eat them after the first frost falls - they become dryer and sweeter :)
ReplyDeleteNice painting - you made crow's head look like a mask, and actually like the head is just being formed...
Very beautiful! Thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteKiss!
Maria

Great Big Hugs~
The goddess is beautiful, with a strong energy coming from her. I also really love those flowers in the corner. :)
ReplyDeleteI think it probably is of the cherry family. We have one in our backyard that does the same thing, bloom and then mini cherries appear and the birds are delighted!
ReplyDeleteWhen we moved in back in 1970, it was a small shrub ... today it is a huge, brittle and dying tree ... we finally hired some tree removers to come out and take it down. The birds won't be too happy but at least we won't have to worry about the breaking branches any more ...
Love your Goddess Crow! She looks so mysterious!
Big hugs! 8)
