Hi Everyone!
Hope you're all well!
Many of you have asked, how is the gym going? Well, it's going! LOL! I have kept off my 20 pounds, nothing more to report of yet. But, I do notice inches off, when trying on my clothes!
My trainer took some pictures today. So, I thought I would share and give you all a laugh! LOL!

"Excited, new machine!"
"Help"
"My Trainer and I"

Remember, Supermoon this weekend! Start looking for her on the 12th-14th, depending on where you live!! They say it will be the biggest, brightest and closest supermoon of this year! It's the closest supermoon since 1948 and it won't be this close again, until 2034!

I finished, "Love" (6" x 6" canvas)

Big Hugs!

  8. Visiting from Sandra's blog. New follower!
Keep working out. When my wife lost weight, she was so frustrated that the pounds were coming off slowly, and then suddenly the inches began to fall off.
    Like all your crow pictures!

  9. Wahoo! Keep at it with the workouts. You know, if nothing else, it increases endorphins, makes for a healthier heart, and reduces stress. I think the weight loss is a side perk, and I'm totally going to follow your example. I SO need to get back into shape.

  21. Awww, "Love" is so sweet and charming! I'm glad you're doing so well, I think inches off are a great indication, sometimes the scale doesn't budge because of muscle growth. I kind of miss the gym, I hope to return in the not so distant future... You really have the best smile!
