*My Crows* *My Art* *My Way*

Hi Everyone!
It has been a crazy busy week! And, I haven't been sleeping either. Wonder if it's because of the full moon upon us?

Had an excellent Thanksgiving! I did really well. Ate white meat, turnip, stuffing, cranberry sauce, potatoes, no gravy,  and a little piece of pie. (one plate) Instead of gaining 5 pounds, I lost 1!!

To date, I have lost 12 pounds, since I have started my gym journey, which is one month! Happy Dance!

I did finish one painting. My mascot has returned. He is skating!
"Say Cheese" 5" x 7" canvas

I will leave with something more Autumn. Gina sent me a beautiful handmade Halloween card! I love it Gina! Thank you!

Big Hugs!
