Hi Everyone!
I feel like it's been forever, since I have posted anything!
Nothing new going on, just busy! Well, there is one thing new, I have joined a "gym"! Woot, Woot! LOL! My legs are killing me, but I feel good! I'm trying to go for at least an hour a day. They also have different classes you can join too, if you want. It's a nice gym, people of all ages!

It looks like this now.
"Winter Winds" (lots of texture) (9" x 12" canvas)
I will be revisiting "the darker side" crow soon.

  1. Oh "Winter Winds" is beautiful!!! That's wonderful you joined a gym! Don't worry about the sore legs, no pain, no gain, right?!!!Maybe they will let you display your art there to give people motivation to fly like the crows through their routines!   3. Hi Stacy! Well it is a very good new beginning. Me and my hubby are dying to join gym or dance classes but since we both work, and also joined French classes.. well, schedule is pretty busy now. Though my little A never let's me to put on additional kgs :)lol

  7. So lovely to see the progress on a painting like that Stacy! It looks amazing! Good luck with the gym! I never seem to have the resolve for any sort of activity/club etc and my initial enthusiasm wanes so fast. Always too many other things I end up wanting to do more. :)

  8. Stacy, I found your blog through another's blog that I love. I have been looking at your art work. For a self taught artist you are very good. There is a magical feeling when I look at them. I have yet to go through the rest of your blog and read when I have the time, but so far, I just love your blog.

  10. Good for you on the gym. I work out every day no matter what. I always feel so much better. I do like Winter Winds very much, however I love the darker version of it. Ya know I like dark art. Hugs N

  12. Winter Winds is a beauty Stacy! I hope you enjoy going to the gym. I used to love going, not just for my body but also for my sanity. :) These days I am hooked on yoga which I do at home watching youtube videos.

  13. beautiful "winter winds" i love the name as well as the painting.

    Nothing feels so good - as to be active - and feel strong and good for you - the gym thing - ... I get my exercise from walking hills around here. I know I miss it when the weather is not conducive to getting out. I haven't stepped foot in a gym in years ...maybe I mean decades, lol. I admire you for the get up and go attitude.

  22. good for you! gyms are hard for me as I just can't find the time with work and my crazy commute. but I try to get in lots of walking (which I do with my commute!) the painting is looking great!
