Hi Everyone
You know how I told you it was so cold, that I was wearing a coat and mittens, well, lets just say, it's so hot outside, you could fry an egg on the pavement! It's went from one extreme, to another! Holy Moly, it is HOT!!!
The lilacs are blooming.
You can see behind the lilac tree, where we have left another large stump, for the animals.
The pigs wanted to say hi! LOL!
Mom's stinky flowers are looking great. I always forget the name of them. The smell is suppose to keep the rodents away!
I almost forgot! "La Luna #2" is finished! Enjoy! Lots of texture in this painting.
Big Hugs

  1. The painting is great! I love the lilacs! Have you seen pictures where people turn tree stumps into fakery houses?

  3. I LOVE this lasted Crow painting and the wrap to the sides is awesome. We were just up in the Adirondacks at our cabin and didn't stay long as it was crazy hot?! it was cooler in CT??? so very strange that it has been warmer up north. That just is so very strange!

  4. The weather is having some serious mood issues these days. It was supposed to be cool here, too, so I got some plants ready for transplanting, but it was over 80 degrees when I go up and the sun is getting ready to roast us. So no transplanting until the evening.

Those pigs look sooo happy. They must be smelling your mom's stinky flowers, lol!

"La Luna, 2" is a beauty. The texture is perfect.

  5. Gorgeous! The red heart really "finishes" the painting. Earlier this week it was super hot here too (30 degrees) but this weekend is cool and rainy, which is great. Much easier to cook and sleep!

  8. La Luna #2 is so beautiful Stacy! It has a simplicity that I love. The garden looks so pretty. We have a lilac bush but I think its seen better days. There were only a handful of blooms on it! The pigs are so cute and unexpected in a garden. :)

  11. I think these are the best ever. I love them. Are these in your ETSY store ? I haven't looked yet. Hope everything is good. Our weathr was the same, long pants, long sleeve shirt and a sweatshirt. Now we are complaining about the cold. I just want a nice comfortable summer, with sun.

  23. So lovely to see the garden pics! Lilac has got to be one of my favorite signs (and scents) of summer. :) La Luna 2 is A_MA_ZING! LOVE the textural aspects of it so much! Hoping it's cooled off there for now! Summer should be breezy and warm. . . not a roasting oven. :)

  24. La Luna is stunning! I like the texture. It makes you want to touch it. I wish we had lilacs here but I don’t think the weather is right for them. It has been in the 90s F (34 C )this week, a bit early for that type of heat.
