Merry Christmas!
It's still green here and raining! From reading your comments, a lot of us are in the same boat! I am grateful for everything, but I have to admit, having a green Christmas, just doesn't feel the same! My poor birds aren't going to get their special Christmas treat, with my homemade suet balls. Hopefully we get some snow in 2016! LOL!

Did you know about the full moon on December 25th?
Isn't that exciting? Look at the sky late Christmas eve or very early in the morning Christmas day!

I thought I would share a picture of me and Santa Claus.
It was from a few years back! LOL!
I wish everyone the best this holiday season! Whatever you are celebrating!!
Big Hugs!!!!

  2. It's almost always green Christmas in Athens, but the few times I remember it had snowed it was beautiful! You made the suet balls sound not so difficult. I want to try it, perhaps on the coldest days of this winter. You were such a cute baby. You are such a beautiful and wonderful individual. I feel so glad I found you in the blogosphere. Thank you for your light!

  4. The last time there was a Christmas full moon, I was 20 years old. I don't know if I even knew about it -- the movements of the moon weren't a big interest of mine back in those days! I hope you and your Mom have a WONDERFUL Christmas! Best wishes for 2016 as well.

  5. I was nine-months-old on the last full moon on the 25th, I remember it clearly *giggles*.

Save the treats for your birds. The weather is crazy. I'm sure you'll find time to give it to them.

Many Holiday hugs to you mom and you, and Winter Solstice kisses! ♥

  9. That is so cool about the moon. If I am still here in 2034, (I will be 84) that will be something to see again. Wishing you the same for Christmas. Now that Santa looks scared or scary not sure which. But you are so darn cute. Green Christmas, finally MT Spokane in Washington State got 39" in 48 hours. Yikessss as you know we just get rain.
Wishing you and your mom the best Christmas. Hugs dear friend.

  10. The coolest thing is that we lots of us will be looking at that same full moon together! I'm sure the birds will be fine since there is no snow yet. Wishing you and Mom a very Merry Christmas!

  20. Good morning Stacy! I hope you had a beautiful Christmas even though it was green! We had our first snow just last night and it's only 22 degrees F right now! I hope you get the chance to feed your birds their frozen treats.

We didn't get to see the full moon...too many clouds. Oh well. Maybe in the next 40 years!

I love that you are putting figures and faces in with your crow paintings!

    Monday hugs!! xoxo

  22. Merry Christmas! I was prepared for a sorta green christmas since I relocated to NC... but 80 degrees on Christmas Eve was downright depressing. I miss snow! I hope you had a wonderful holiday!
