I just returned to New York, so I'm pretty happy the snow has melted here too.
I'm also very sorry to read your story, but I'm glad to read how better you are now and how happy you are making your art. Cheer!
    Cheers!

  42. Stacy!

It is so wonderful to see your work evolve and grow. . . as if it could get more magical with each new iteration. :)

I wanted to share this with you: This winter I took to feeding a gang of local crows. First it was just a pair, then 6, then 12 and finally almost two dozen who would come each day and sit on the wires and rooftop at the same time each morning and wait. . . when I would appear (always wearing the same crow-feeding hat for recognition, they would converge like magic! And, in a few weeks, it got to where they would swoop down and surround me before I could even finishing putting the food out for them! Now, with the nesting season at hand here, it's all different. Just a few males show up here and there at all different times of the day and, instead of social group eating and working together, they all pile food in their beaks and head for their respective nests. I imagine though, come summer, I could have 4 dozen or more once all the juveniles are fledged! lol I intend to get pics of that for certain! :) I always think of you when I feed them and watch their aerial antics and playful interactions!
