New Art ;o)

Hi Everyone ;o) Hope you're all well ;o) I think Spring is here, but unfortunately, we are getting a bad storm monday night, all through tuesday! Snow, rain and freezing rain! I truly hope it's not as bad as they say it is going to be!
If any of you are being hit by this storm, please take care!
I've finished two aceo's (2.5" x 3.5"), Enjoy ;o)
"The Journey"
"Sending Blessings"
Big Hugs ;o)

  4. Hi Stacy, Good luck with the storm! I know we are getting rain but I think the temperatures are actually going to stay mild enough this time to keep away the crazy ice! Your new pieces are fabulous. :)

  6. I see that you are ready to pack up and get out of that snowy weather. These crows are just too cute. You be careful in the storm and stay warm.

  7. Very nice. Do you spray each with a fixative or,....oh what am I thinking? A protectant of some kind?

  8. I hope you got through the storm safe and sound! I only just recently learnt about freezing rain from another blogger. We get plenty of extreme weather in Australia, but I can't imagine encountering freezing rain.

There's so much spirit in your paintings. The mood just radiates from them. You would make a great illustrator for young children... where a story needs to be expressed in pictures with very few words. :)

  31. hey Stacy! feels good to be back in bloggerland, haha!
your art always makes me smile. I'm curious, is the first one based on the Fool from the tarot? because that's the first thing I thought, how perfect would that be to do your own set?
thanks for stopping by my blog...we must both be freaks, because I love winter too, and I really loved this one because it was so crazy and cold and snowy. My fave winter ever! but the last couple of weeks, I've had enough (sort of ) and want to walk barefoot in the grass again :-D
is tonight super windy in your area? I could barely walk to my car without being blown away!
    hugs

  32. PS someone from the apt came to see me yesterday and when she saw your painting, she said oh my gosh where did you get that? of course I told her about you and your Magic Love Crow, and she stood and still asked she painted this? I've never seen anything like this before...yep the very definition of original and magical, never been done before, I'm in awe and so proud of you, I Love having it centre stage, because no matter what's around, yours is just the one seen, original sweety...so lovely and kind and magical why just like the artist....xoxoxo
