Happy May, Broom, Hose

Happy May ;o) The view outside our front door ;o)

Some treasures in our backyard ;o)

I would like to share with you, two new things I have purchased. They are so wonderful, that I had to talk about them! I do a lot of gardening, so when I find things that are amazing I have to let everyone know!
First up is "The Original Garden Broom". This thing is amazing! It does, cement walk ways, your lawn, decks, driveways, anything you can think of! ;o) And, it doesn't matter if it's wet out, because it doesn't get wet! You have to try it to believe it! I sweep under very large evergreen trees, to get the pine needles off the lawn. Using this "broom", everything is gone! And, it's so light weight! My mom has arthritis, she can lift this with one finger! And, it is so strong! It doesn't break! I could go on and on, but you honestly have to try it to believe it! It's a rake and broom all in one! It was only $12.99 Canadian at our local Home Hardware store.
It's made in Sri Lanka from the coconut palm leaf that has perished and fallen off the tree. Recycled  and ethically traded! It rocks ;o)))

The second thing I would like to share with you, is the clear flow garden hose! Again, it is so light!!! Feather light! It doesn't kink, and if it does, it unkinks itself! Without water in it, the hose is flat, when the water comes through, it becomes round. It takes up no room for storage! I picked up two of these hoses at our local Home Hardware Store. They are made in Canada and have a life time warranty on them. Highly recommend these hoses!!!!

Have a special day everyone ;o) Make sure you get out and do a little dancing around the maypole ;o)

  1. I could have used that broom when we had pine trees! It sounds great! No kink hoses are the best, too!

Your backyard looks lovely! We have one lone yellow tulip blooming out front. Most of our color will come later when I plant the marigolds!

  13. Everything looks so beautiful. I would love for my garden to look like this. I'm going to see if I can find one of those brooms. We have a tree in the side yard that drops skinny little branches all of the time and they make such a mess. Enjoy your good weather. Hugs

  17. Beautiful trees and flowers!
Wow those sound like awesome products, I don't garden at all... If my flowers come up they come up. lol They do pretty good, we get rain here and there! I have allergies to bees, and to trees and flowers and pollen and etc. So being outside gardening is the last thing I need to be doing, but it does look like a lot of fun!

  20. Looks like your garden and yard are going to be gorgeous! Ours finally bloomed, least those the deer and rabbits haven't eaten :)

I'd dance around the Maypole except I'm too cripple and then there's the annoying problem of living in the belt buckle of the Bible belt. I had to dash back into the closet and you can find me behind the winter coats...
