Hi Everyone ;o)

It has been awhile since I last posted. Many things going on, like water coming in on both sides of our house now, in the basement, uggg!! Mom hurting her knee and now she has wrecked her back, because she is walking funny. I am taking her to therapy everyday. Lots of gardening and yard clean up. The bathroom is almost done! Lucky we have a great carpenter that is doing the tiling. And, I am trying to paint too ;o) The next few months are going to be hectic, we have to get the house water proofed!

Just letting you know all of this, just incase I am late coming around to your blogs!

I did finish a couple of aceo's ;o)

"Relax"
"Butterfly Baby Crow"
"Peace, Love"
"Hippie Baby Crows"
"Swirls Of Life"

I would like to send out prayers and hugs to all the people in Boston and Texas!
Take Care Everyone ;o) Big Hugs ;o)

Your new paintings are wonderful! Love the colors in the first two (Butterfly Baby Crow the wings!) Swirls of Life reminds me of something, can't figure it out! But it makes me feel good and think of magic, so what ever it is has to be good! If it comes to me I will let you know.

  10. So very sorry to hear about Mom. Hope that she heals quickly. We have water problems here too. Almost 3 and a half inches of rain in 3 days. Some leaking in the basement but not too bad. The neighborhood is like a mini active stream.

The new paintings are fun, keep up the good work.

  15. Hi Stacy,
Sending you well wishes! I hope your mom feels better soon. Home ownership has its challenges. I look forward to seeing the bathroom when it is done! Your new paintings are wonderful as always. I live less than 30 minutes from Boston. Things are really crazy. Multiple cities are basically in lockdown today. I hope they get this other guy today!!! My boss has a friend who was severely injured from the bombing so it really hits home.
    Have a great weekend. Val

  25. Water in the basement is one icky mess to have to clean up .... my Mom used to have that problem every year and she finally found a waterproof sealant and painted it on the walls during the dry weather and it worked beautifully!

All of your new pieces are great, as always ... but my personal favorite is the Butterfly Baby Crow!

    Big hugs! 8)

  36. I've been away, too! Just getting over a nasty spring cold and only now beginning to make my rounds. Big hugs to you and your mom. Hope she is feeling better, too. My hubby is beginning the gardens - and the yard is blooming with spring beauty. We also have a house renovation - working on our sunroom. New ceiling, new curtains, new carpeting, revived flooring, new futon covering and pillows. It's looking pretty good. Time to decorate now! Take it easy and thanks for letting us know you are still there. Sorry I didn't do that! :(

  44. First I can't believe & apologise for how behind I was in blogging and you know it's not because I don't love you!! I have read posts backwards, I do hope your mom's knee & back are getting back to normal now, poor sweetheart & I know you must be so busy with the flooding etc but you are so wonderful making sure she gets to therapy everyday. I am amazed you had time to do anything else but you did and aren't these sensational, those hippy crows with their van made me chuckle, I think I saw them down at Coolum Beach when I drove by the caravan park this morning ;)
