New Crow Art and Happy Mail

Hi Everyone ;o) On my last post, Gloria asked, how about the corseted crow, on my sidebar? Well, today I will show you her ;o) I always get questions, about where do I get my ideas from. They just come to me. I always say, when you are going to create something, never force anything, just let your creativity flow. I think this goes with anything in life, look inside, you can do it! When I was thinking about this, I created the next two paintings ;o) The first one is a 3" x 9 " painting, called, "The Magic Is Within You"! Sorry the picture looks so small. The close up is on my side bar ;o)

The next painting is with the same message, but I did it more abstract. I use to do a lot of abstract painting. I am creating more abstracts and I am really enjoying it ;o) This one is called , "The Magic Is You" ;o)

I also finished one aceo, called, "The Landing At Sunset" ;o)

Some of you commented on my last post, that I am getting more creative ;o) Thank you ;o) I feel more free painting for some reason and it's weird, because I felt I was free before? I am going to leave you with a sneak peak of another abstract painting I have almost finished ;o)

I would like to give a Big Hug out to Kim ;o) I received a really cute gift from her on New Year's Eve ;o) A very special surprise, to ring the New Year in with ;o) Thanks so much Kim ;o)

Big Hugs Everyone and have a great weekend ;o)

  13. The best thing about coming back from holidays is... checking out all the inspired creativity that has been what seems in overdrive while I've just been eating & drinking my way through the festive season. Mine you Stacy, I've saved a little room for your mom's buns, how good do they look!!! This is a awesome arty post full of great colour & evolving styles, I agree with Kim (that's a very cute gift) I think each day looks like you've got off your perch & been done something to crow about :)

  19. totally agree! the beads kinda speak to me (don't tell anyone - they might take me away in a straight jacket - ha!) ... but my process works in reverse. I have ideas in my head that I can't get down on paper until after I've made the piece .. then I'm able to articulate the images that inspired it. Not sure why; it just is. Love the crow with corset - very 'maid marian'
