New Crow and Baby Crow Art

Hi Everyone ;o) We still have green grass here ;o) On the weekend, it was a lot of fun! Not! LOL! So much rain, we had water in the basement. There was so much water outside beside our fence, that I was digging a trench on the other side of our fence, while my mom swept the water down the hill! We worked well together, but our arms were soar! It's now cool and dry! Everything has dried up!!! The weather changes so fast!

I have some new art to show you and some older art that I changed around ;o)
First aceo, "Secret Love"

Next, "Chef Baby Crow" (Serving carrots and spinach.)

"Crow Coffee" ( I think he has had too much! LOL!)

Now for some art, that I changed around. Sometimes, I have painted something, that just doesn't click with me anymore. If, I really like the painting, I will go back and recreate it ;o)

The first one was called, " The Roots Of Life".

Now it's called, "Roots Of Love"

Next one I changed was my "Aphrodite".

Here is the new "Aphrodite". I think she is more dramatic and sexy ;o)

I think it's interesting to see how a few little changes can really make a difference ;o)

Before you leave, if you would like to Celebrate Oz, "Altered", with Oma Linda, on March 15th, click the link on my side bar ;o)

Big Hugs Everyone and Be Well ;o)))

  1. I agree that Aphrodite is much sexier now. I marvel at how you can not only create this powerful art, but recreate it as well. You are so impressive.

  5. I feel sore too, for you and your mom doing all that digging and sweeping away of water! We are almost all green grass here now with a lot of melting over the last week. But temperatures are changing and snow will be flying soon.
I love the coffee crow, it almost looks like a box of coffee beans!!! and I like the detail of "fair trade".
OOOOOH La La is what I have to say about your sexy crow in the red dress!! And I do like the change of mood in your "Roots" painting, from sort of glum to vibrant beating hearts! Great!!
Take care now, and here's hoping for good weather! Love and hugs from Robin!!

  9. I love that you took pics and compared your before and after paintings, great seeing the process, I especially like 'Roots of Love'. I do that too sometimes, put paintings away and then change things around a bit when I look at them again, I've not thought to take phots though and I bet it's helpful to look back on. Your coffee crow is ace! xx

  33. Hi Stacey, hope you have a good week. You are so right about little changes making a big difference - the eye looks so much better in the second one. At least with acrylics if you don't like it, you can always wipe the layer away with a damp cloth and try again. One of the few undo buttons in the art world :)

  34. Hugs Stacey..wishing you a fabulous week..lovely to revist these magical paintings..and I cannot wait to see what you will share next! HUgs
